Saturday, March 7

1401 Hope Street (Rte 114), Bristol

We have rescheduled our February hike!! Join us and enjoy a 1/2 mile walk along a boardwalk through fresh and saltwater marshes, across the East Bay Bike Path, to a majestic view of Narragansett Bay. That Saturday is actually Free Family Fun Day at the Audubon Environmental Education Center (EEC), a state-of-the-art natural history museum and aquarium with interactive exhibits featuring local habitats and fun activities to learn about and enjoy nature. Admission is free and there are other activities going on all day.

***Please note!*** The boardwalk is not plowed or shoveled so it is quite snowy. Be sure to wear snow pants and snow boots and bring plenty of snacks and water. Click here for a list of guidelines for hiking with kids.

We will meet in front of the center at 1:00pm and start our hike promptly at 1:15pm.
