Rhode Island State House, Providence

Join RI Families in Nature along with many other community organizations for this year’s Kids Reading Across Rhode Island event! This program, offered in partnership with the The Office of Library and Information Services, encourages students across the state in grades 3 through 6 to read the same book, and engage in community discussions and programs. This year’s selection is Roller Girl by award winning author and RISD graduate Victoria Jamieson. It was chosen because the summer reading theme this year is all about health, fitness, nutrition, exercise, games, etc. and the slogan is, “On Your Mark, Get Set, Read.”
