Time to celebrate!

020The December solstice marks the longest night and shortest day of the year, and the start of winter, for those of us in the Northern Hemisphere. This special day is coming up on Wednesday, December 21. The solstice is at exactly 5:44am EST. After the winter solstice, the days get longer, and the nights shorter.

Hope you can spend some time outside today and every day this winter!
